Line up:
Headliner: Bob McClaren (NZ)
Born in New Zealand and resident in Amsterdam, Bob Maclaren has delighted every corner of the world with his laconic and surprising comedy. A combination of kiwi isolation and the lurid madness of Amsterdam gives Bob a refreshingly unusual view of life as he sees it. A storyteller extraordinaire with a body language that can be best described as mildly unhinged; his routines have been televised on every continent.
Adam Fields (UK)
This funny Brit manages to charm every crowd, no matter the circumstances. His stand-up performances are peppered with spontaneous wit and schizophrenic leaps into other personalities. A lively and visual comic with well-crafted routines that consistently induce hard and fast laughter.
Neil Robinson (CAN)
A true comedic all-rounder. His Canadian humility allows him to denounce himself as “a relatively entertaining dude”, so just imagine what he would be calling himself if he was American. Neil can play a crowd and make the most awkward situations flip into something hilarious. Besides stand-up he has also been successful in going viral with his videos “Survival Guide To The Dutch”, a series of video’s every expat needs to see.
MC Stephen Bell (IRL)
This new kid on the block is taking over the comedy scene at a rampant pace. His energetic style and enthusiasm is very contagious, which makes him the ideal host for this evening. Being an Irishman growing up in the Netherlands has given him an original sense of humor, knowledge of cultures and an overall urge to have hilarious confrontations with anyone that gets in his way.
