Phase 1: Briefing / debriefing
Let’s talk and introduce each other. In this phase, we will see if we are a match. We will discuss a few touch points and your desires, and track if we do understand you correctly.

In this phase, we will do some basic research and present our a plan, a timetable, the budget and manage your expectations. If you guys give us the green light, then it is a go.

In simple terms: we will start working and gathering as much data. Which strategy and methods we use we have already presented to you in our plan in phase 2.
phase 4: Organizing data
In this phase, we have to organize our gathered data. Some data are trash and most of it will be useful.
Phase 5: analyzing data
Now that we have organized our gathered data we can analyze it. It is time to make assumptions, think logically and connect the dots.
phase 6: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
In this phase, we will come up with different solutions to fulfill the desired wishes based on the analyzed data.
Phase 7: TESTING CONCEPTS
We will test out the ideas, receive feedback, and map out the test results.
phase 8: CONCLUDE & EVALUATE
We compare and evaluate the different concepts a few will survive. We can conclude and really see how things work out.
Phase 9: ADVISory
In this phase, we will have to write and make an easy-to-read and easy-to-apply report for you. From this moment, it is up to you!
